Jorge Reina Schement

Jorge Reina Schement serves as vice chancellor of institutional diversity and inclusion at Rutgers University-New Brunswick in New Jersey. He is a distinguished professor of both communication policy and latino studies. Schement has a Ph.D. from Stanford University and previously served as a communications professor at the University of Texas at Austin. A Latino from South Texas, his research focuses on the social and policy consequences of the production and consumption of information.
